Mega Adoption Event – The St. Johns County Pet Center will be participating in this year’s “Mega Adoption Event,” Friday, April 25 through Sunday, April 27 at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds, 510 Fairgrounds Pl, Jacksonville, FL. Please join in the festivities and show your support by adopting a wonderful new family pet.

Pet Center Closure – The Pet Center closed to the public Friday April 25 and Saturday April 26 to take all our adoptable pets to the Mega Adoption Event! Friday the 25 we will have minimal staff available for claiming a lost pet, by appointment only. For more information please call 904-209-6190

FOSJCPC at Nocatee Farmers Market – Meet some of our great pets at the Nocatee Farmers Market every 3rd Saturday of the month at the Friends of the St. Johns County Pet Center booth! Come find your new forever friend!

Food Drive! The Pet Center needs wet canned cat, kitten, puppy, and dog food, as well as dry cat and kitten chow, and Purina dog Chow. We also need towels. Donations can be picked up by animal control weekly. Call (904) 209-6190 for more info and thank you for your support!

How you can Help Many pets find their way to the Pet Center and our goal is to make them as comfortable and stress free as possible while we help them find their forever homes. To reach this goal, we ask that you help us help them. Find out how you can help.

Hours:  Sunday: Closed, Monday: Closed to the public, except for scheduled appointments to claim lost pets. No drop offs. Tuesday through Friday: open 9:00am to 4:30pm. Saturday: open 9:00am to 4:00pm

The St. Johns County Animal Control Pet Center is able to house, hold, and adopt stray and unwanted animals. We also have a Veterinarian who spays and neuters our adopted cats and dogs. We welcome the public to come and visit us. Whether you are looking for your lost family member or adding a new one, we are always delighted to have animal lovers come and visit the Pet Center!
