Our Services

The Veterans Services Office assists veterans and their dependents in applying for benefits to which they are entitled under Federal or State Law or Regulations by reason of Active Military Service in the Armed Forces of the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, preparation of formal claims and appeals relating to Compensation, Education, Loan Guaranty for Homes, Special Adapted Housing, Pension, Medical Care, Insurance, Burial Benefits and related matters.

    The SJC Health and Human Services complex was originally the location of St. Augustine general Hospital and more recently housed Flagler West Hospital.

    Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
    The office is closed from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. daily for lunch.

  • Drive to the back parking lot of the VA Clinic by following the Veterans Services Office signs.
  • Reserved / Disabled parking is available in this lot.
  • The waiting room entry is via a walkway from this parking lot.
  • The entrance is marked by an American Flag and Veterans Services Office signs.
