Documents for Open Bid and Proposal solicitations are available on DemandStar, please, VIEW OPEN BIDS or logon to the Web site at www.demandstar.com to download. If you are not a subscribing member with service that includes St. Johns County, there will be a package downloading fee.

How the System Works

DemandStar is a Web-based electronic procurement system that offers our vendors around-the-clock access to all information needed to learn about and respond to requests for bids or proposals. Vendors may register to receive notification of solicitations for bids, proposals, and quotes from St. Johns County, free of charge. There is no charge for documents that are electronically downloaded from the Web site by DemandStar members with subscriptions that include St. Johns County in their subscription service territory. There is a fee per package for documents that are electronically downloaded by DemandStar members without subscriptions that include St. Johns County in their subscription service territory. Hard copies of documents may be ordered through DemandStar, and will be priced based upon the cost of reproduction and shipping.

Vendor List

Vendors that desire to be placed on the vendor list of St. Johns County, please, visit the DemandStar Registration Web page. Once you are logged onto the page, select the “ DemandStar FREE AGENCY” option. On the form that opens, enter the pertinent information for your business, be sure to enter “St. Johns County” in the Agency Name field. If you have questions, or need technical assistance with the Web site, call Supplier Services at 1-866-273-1863. Vendors will need to register on DemandStar and select a subscription service that includes St. Johns County to receive procurement information from the County. Those vendors that want to receive notification of bid and proposal solicitations from institutions beyond St. Johns County have the option to select service that is appropriate for their needs.
