The St. Johns Health Department is proud to provide Public Health Services to the St. Johns community. Services include, but are not limited to, Immunizations, WIC & Nutrition, Child Health Care, Child Preventative Dental Care, Septic & Well Permitting, Family Planning, and Public Health Preparedness. Certified copies of birth certificates and death records are also available!
The Environmental Health unit provides many services designed to protect the health of the community through inspecting, monitoring or licensing private or public facilities and activities that could potentially pose a risk to public health. This includes wells, water systems, septic systems, group care facilities, commercial swimming pools, tanning facilities, and a variety of other activities.
