2018 Retail Opportunities

The retail scene of St. Johns County continues to grow. Residential construction reached record levels again with 2017 being the second-busiest year for single-family home permits. As a result, St. Johns County is the 22nd fastest-growing county in the United States with a 3.7% annual growth rate.

The hospitality and leisure employment sector continues to remains strong. New shopping centers, convenience stores, restaurants, along with new boutique retailers are opening in neighborhoods throughout the county.
