The Mission of the Department of Emergency Management is to protect the lives and property of the citizens of St. Johns County through emergency preparedness programs within our County. The primary role of Emergency Management is to develop and implement comprehensive disaster planning, mitigation and response activities within St. Johns County under the provisions of Florida statutes.
